Next time, you might want to try cooling the pasta and mixing all of the cheese with a cracked egg, salt, pepper, and toss the pasta before adding it to the casserole dish. And then, top with the remaining sauce and cheese. And in traditional eye-talian fashion, broil the cheese until it's golden-brown and be sure to grab a crusty corner when it's cooled and time to eat!
