Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Place banana slices in a bowl, toss with brown sugar and melted butter until well coated.
- Arrange the bananas in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes until golden and caramelized.
- Meanwhile, make caramel sauce by combining heavy cream, vanilla, and a little more brown sugar in a saucepan, heating gently until thickened.
- Drizzle caramel sauce over the warm bananas and sprinkle with chopped nuts if desired.
