- 8 large jalapeños, halved and seeded
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 cup panko bread crumbs
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
- Mix cream cheese, cheddar, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Stuff each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture.
- Dip stuffed jalapeños in olive oil, then coat with panko breadcrumbs.
- Place in the air fryer basket and cook for 8-10 minutes until golden and crispy.
Notes
- Adjust spice level by adding chopped jalapeño seeds or hot sauce to the filling.
- Can be prepared ahead and refrigerated before air frying.
