Ingredients

  • 8 large jalapeños, halved and seeded
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
  2. Mix cream cheese, cheddar, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Stuff each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture.
  4. Dip stuffed jalapeños in olive oil, then coat with panko breadcrumbs.
  5. Place in the air fryer basket and cook for 8-10 minutes until golden and crispy.
