  • Glaze: 1/2 cup powdered sugar, 1-2 tablespoons milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. In a separate large bowl, cream together butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy.
  4. Add egg and vanilla to the butter mixture; beat until combined.
  5. Gradually blend dry ingredients into wet mixture, alternating with milk.
  6. Prepare streusel by combining flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and butter; mix until crumbly.
  7. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto prepared baking sheets, sprinkle with streusel.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Mix powdered sugar and milk to make glaze; drizzle over cooled cookies.
