Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 24 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 cup melted semi-sweet chocolate
  • 1 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust. Chill for 10 minutes.
  2. Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, blending well after each addition.
  3. Pour half the batter over the crust. Drizzle with half of the caramel sauce and swirl gently. Add remaining batter on top.
  4. Bake at 325°F (160°C) for 50-55 minutes until set. Cool completely.
  5. Spread melted chocolate and remaining caramel over the cooled cheesecake. Garnish with chopped pecans. Chill for at least 4 hours before serving.
