- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 24 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1 cup melted semi-sweet chocolate
- 1 cup chopped pecans
Instructions
- Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust. Chill for 10 minutes.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, blending well after each addition.
- Pour half the batter over the crust. Drizzle with half of the caramel sauce and swirl gently. Add remaining batter on top.
- Bake at 325°F (160°C) for 50-55 minutes until set. Cool completely.
- Spread melted chocolate and remaining caramel over the cooled cheesecake. Garnish with chopped pecans. Chill for at least 4 hours before serving.
