  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 4 large eggs

  • 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  6. Gently fold in chopped strawberries.
  7. Once cooled, cut the cream puffs in half and fill with the strawberry cream filling.
  8. Top with fresh strawberries and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
