- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a saucepan, bring water and butter to a boil. Add flour all at once and stir until dough forms a ball.
- Remove from heat and let cool slightly, then add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and puffed.
- In a mixing bowl, whip heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold in chopped strawberries.
- Once cooled, cut the cream puffs in half and fill with the strawberry cream filling.
- Top with fresh strawberries and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
