- 1/4 cup brown butter, cooled
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes.
- Cream together cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla seeds until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in sour cream.
- Pour filling over crust and bake for 50-60 minutes until set.
- Cool completely, then top with brown butter drizzle before serving.
