- Your choice of dairy-free pizza sauce
- Fresh vegetables (bell peppers, onions, spinach, or any veggies of your choice)
- Dairy-free cheese alternative (optional)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine gluten-free pizza flour, salt, and sugar to form a crust base.
- Mix yeast with warm water in a separate bowl and let it sit for about 5 minutes until foamy.
- Combine the activated yeast mixture with dry ingredients and knead in olive oil until smooth.
- Roll out the dough, place it on a baking tray, spread with dairy-free sauce, and top with veggies and cheese.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for 15-20 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
Notes
- Leftover pizza can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- For longer storage, freeze individual slices wrapped in foil in a resealable bag.
- Serve hot with a side of salad or garlic knots.
