- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- 1/2 cup chickpea flour
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine chickpea flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to make a batter.
- Dip cauliflower florets in the batter, then toss in panko breadcrumbs mixed with sesame seeds.
- Drizzle with soy sauce and sesame oil, tossing to coat evenly.
- Arrange cauliflower in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking halfway through, until golden and crispy.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a sprinkle of chili flakes or drizzle with tahini sauce before serving.
