Instructions
- Start by preparing your chicken pieces. Season them lightly with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika to add extra flavor. In a bowl, beat the eggs and set aside.
- In a separate bowl, combine the flour and cornstarch. Dip each chicken piece into the beaten eggs, then coat thoroughly with the flour mixture. This double-dipping ensures a crispy coating once cooked.
