Instructions
- Start by flattening the chicken breasts to even thickness using a meat mallet or rolling pin. Season with salt and pepper to enhance flavor.
- Place flour in a shallow dish. In another dish, beat the eggs. Combine panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning in a third dish. Dip each chicken breast in flour, then egg, and finally coat thoroughly with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Carefully place the breaded chicken breasts in the hot oil and cook for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown and fully cooked. Drain excess oil on paper towels.
- For the sauce, melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Pour in 1 cup heavy cream, bring to a simmer. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Add fresh herbs like basil or thyme if desired.
- Serve the crispy chicken on a bed of pasta or with roasted vegetables. Drizzle with garlic cream sauce, garnish with parsley, and sprinkle additional Parmesan if desired.

- To keep the chicken crispy, reheat in an oven or air fryer. The sauce can be gently reheated on the stovetop, stirring occasionally to prevent separation.
- For a healthier version, bake the breaded chicken instead of frying. You can also substitute chicken or turkey cutlets in place of chicken breasts.
