- 1 lb chicken tenders or chicken breast cut into strips
- 1 cup popcorn kernels

- 1 tsp paprika

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly spray with cooking spray.
- Pop the popcorn kernels using your preferred method and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Beat eggs in a separate bowl.
- Dip chicken strips into the egg mixture, then coat with the seasoned flour, then roll in popcorn crumbs.
- Place coated chicken on prepared baking sheet, spray lightly with cooking spray.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
