Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine bread crumbs, parmesan, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Brush zucchini slices with olive oil, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Arrange zucchini slices on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and crispy. Serve hot.
