Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, water, garlic powder, and smoked paprika to make a batter.
- Dip cauliflower florets into batter, then place in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Spray with olive oil and cook for 15 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Toss cauliflower in buffalo sauce, then return to air fryer for 5 additional minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with dipping sauce.
