  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup buffalo hot sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil or melted vegan butter
  • Celery sticks and blue cheese dressing for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper to create a batter.
  3. Dip cauliflower florets into the batter, ensuring they are evenly coated.
  4. Place coated cauliflower in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking halfway through, until crispy and golden.
  6. In a small bowl, mix buffalo sauce with olive oil or melted butter.
  7. Toss cooked cauliflower in buffalo sauce until well coated.
  8. Serve hot with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing on the side.
