Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper to create a batter.
- Dip cauliflower florets into the batter, ensuring they are evenly coated.
- Place coated cauliflower in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking halfway through, until crispy and golden.
- In a small bowl, mix buffalo sauce with olive oil or melted butter.
- Toss cooked cauliflower in buffalo sauce until well coated.
- Serve hot with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing on the side.
Notes
- You can adjust the spice level by adding more or less buffalo sauce.
- For a vegan version, use vegan buffalo sauce and dairy-free dressing.
