- 12 oz rigatoni pasta
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions
- Cook rigatoni in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add heavy cream and Italian seasoning. Bring to a simmer.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and sauce is smooth.
- Combine cooked pasta with the sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve warm, garnished with fresh basil and extra Parmesan if desired.

- You can add cooked sausage or vegetables for variation.
