- 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup long-grain white rice
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika

- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker and season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Add chopped onion and minced garlic over the chicken.
- Pour in the chicken broth and cook on low for 6 hours.
- Remove chicken, shred it, then return to the slow cooker.
- Add rice and heavy cream, stir well, and cook on high for 30 minutes or until rice is tender and creamy.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- You can substitute brown rice for white rice, but adjust cooking time accordingly.
- For a dairy-free version, use coconut cream instead of heavy cream.
