- 1 large head cauliflower, chopped into florets
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or sour cream

- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a casserole dish.
- Steam or roast cauliflower until tender, then drain excess moisture.
- In a large bowl, combine cooked chicken, buffalo sauce, Greek yogurt, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix in cauliflower until coated evenly.
- Transfer to the casserole dish, sprinkle with shredded cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to adjust buffalo sauce for more or less spice.
- You can substitute Greek yogurt with cream cheese for a richer taste.
