- 1 lb ground beef
- 8 oz pasta shells
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook pasta shells in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until fragrant.
- Add ground beef; cook until browned and fully cooked. Season with salt and pepper.
- Pour in heavy cream, bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and sauce thickens.
- Add cooked pasta shells to the skillet, toss to coat evenly with sauce.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
