- 2 cups bread crumbs
- 1 lb cooked turkey, shredded
- 1/2 cup fresh cranberries, chopped
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1 egg
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine bread crumbs, shredded turkey, cranberries, onion, garlic, parsley, egg, salt, and pepper.
- Add chicken broth gradually until mixture is moist but firm.
- Roll mixture into 1.5-inch balls and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a teaspoon of thyme or rosemary. Serve with cranberry sauce or gravy.
