  • 1 lb cooked turkey, shredded
  • 1/2 cup fresh cranberries, chopped

  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1 egg
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine bread crumbs, shredded turkey, cranberries, onion, garlic, parsley, egg, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add chicken broth gradually until mixture is moist but firm.
  4. Roll mixture into 1.5-inch balls and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
