Instructions

- Combine chopped peaches with honey or simple syrup in a blender and blend until smooth. Strain the puree through a fine sieve to remove pulp for a silky texture.
- Pour the cooled tea into a large pitcher and mix in the peach puree. Add lemon juice and stir well. Adjust sweetness if needed.
- Fill glasses with ice cubes, pour the peach iced tea over the ice, and garnish with fresh peach slices and mint leaves if desired. Serve immediately.
