- 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions
- Prepare the pizza dough by combining warm water, sugar, and yeast; allow it to foam for about 5 minutes.
- Mix flour, salt, and olive oil in a separate bowl, then add the yeast mixture slowly, stirring until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C) and roll out the dough into a 12-inch circle on a floured surface.
- Transfer the rolled dough to a baking sheet and spread pizza sauce evenly over it.
- Sprinkle a generous amount of shredded mozzarella cheese across the sauce, then add your favorite toppings.
- Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
- Let the pizza cool slightly, cut it into slices, and serve hot.
Notes
- Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- To reheat, place slices in an oven at 375°F (190°C) for about 10 minutes.
