Made this dish following exact recipe, turned out so delicious and yummy. Very easy to make as well. Thanks for the dish. I am going to make paneer version with left over dry masala.
I've tried many of your recipes and they are all simple to follow and taste delicious. Your videos are just awesome with great clarity. Ingredients are what we can find in our kitchens. Thank you very much. Please do keep on sharing your wonderful recipes. I don't like to cook but just watching your videos gets me motivated.
Just made this and had it for an early dinner, with steamed rice and a mixed stir fried vegetables(yellow peppers, runner beans, courgettes, cauliflower florets & cos lettuce leaves) flavoured with cumin seeds and curry leaves. Was gorgeous this will be a recipe I'll be returning to again. I love that when you use dried methi leaves you always dried roast them prior to use. I'd never seen that done before but it certainly strengthens the flavour and I now do it will all recipes I use that require dried methi.
Absolutely love your channel so first of all thank you for sharing all your lovely recipes, I have tried many of them since subscribing and each one has been delicious, I want to try this one but I have a question regarding the Mace Flower (Javitri), I'm based in the UK so have to buy the authentic spices on-line and can only seem to find Mace Blades so my question is are Mace Flowers and Mace Blades the same and if not can I use the blades or even a small amount of nutmeg as a substitute?
