- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup lump crab meat
- 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Parsley and lemon wedges for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- In a large bowl, mix softened cream cheese, lump crab meat, Old Bay seasoning, and mayonnaise until well combined.
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat, then add breadcrumbs and toast until golden brown.
- In a greased baking dish, place the seasoned chicken breasts, spoon the crab mixture over them, and top with the toasted breadcrumbs.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the topping is golden brown.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for best texture.
- For variations, try adding other herbs or different types of cheese.
