Instructions
- Prepare the chicken by slicing or shredding the cooked chicken breast. Wash and chop the romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces.
- Lay the tortilla flat and spread Caesar dressing in the center, leaving space around the edges. Add the chopped romaine on top.
- Add the sliced or shredded chicken over the lettuce, then sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese. Optional toppings include croutons, bacon bits, or cherry tomatoes.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it tightly from the bottom. Cut in half if desired and serve immediately.
