- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda

- 1 cup crushed graham crackers
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, beat together butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until creamy.
- Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla, and mix well.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, and crushed graham crackers.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, mixing until combined.
- Fold in mini marshmallows and chocolate chips.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto prepared baking sheets, about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden and marshmallows are puffed.
- Allow to cool slightly before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
- For extra gooey marshmallows, add more on top before baking.
- Use high-quality chocolate for richer flavor.
