Instructions
- In a large pot, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add chopped onion and minced garlic; cook until translucent.
- Stir in chicken broth and bring to a boil.
- Add macaroni and cook until tender, about 8 minutes.
- Reduce heat, stir in milk and shredded cheese until melted and creamy.
- Season with paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
