- 2 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
- 8 oz penne or rotini pasta
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon bits
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing or seasoning mix
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prepare the chicken by grilling or baking until cooked through and shred using forks.
- Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
- Add chicken broth, ranch seasoning, and softened cream cheese to the skillet, stirring until smooth and heated through.
- Stir in shredded chicken, then add cooked pasta and cheeses, tossing gently until coated and cheese melts.
- Sprinkle cooked bacon bits over the top before serving for extra flavor.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the microwave or skillet, adding a splash of chicken broth or milk if needed.
- For added flavor, mix in sautéed spinach or cherry tomatoes before serving.
