Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Sauté onion and garlic until translucent.
- Add potatoes and beef broth, bring to a boil, then simmer until potatoes are tender.
- Stir in cooked steak, shredded cheese, and sour cream, cook until cheese melts.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
