Instructions
- Melt 1 cup of unsalted butter in a saucepan over low heat until fully melted.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the melted butter with 1 teaspoon of rum extract and 1 cup of granulated sugar. Mix until creamy.
- Add the assorted Lifesaver candies into the mixture and gently fold until coated.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Scoop the mixture onto a lined baking sheet, spacing them out. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
