Is it still effective to eat after a workout or is it depends on a person’s goal? Right now I prepare overnight oats for after finishing up my morning workout I put my protein powder in it then eat it within 30mins.
If I’m trying to go from 278 lbs. to 245 lbs. what should my macros be? Should I be taking 278 x .8g of protein or should be taking 245 x.8g? Same for carbs and fat? Thank you I’m confused about that?
Okay, but how do I know how much of a food it takes to equal 180 grams of protein? Or fat? Or anything for that matter? Or are you saying 180 grams of a protein "source" and not specifically the protein amount itself?
This is kinda crazy no? For my body type it wants me to consume 30 cups of broccoli and 18 bananas a week, and thatll be only 1/5 of the caloric intake

Concerns on if purchasing the custom plan, reading the FAQ sections it states "There are no refunds for the custom workout plan, regardless if I have received my plan or not." so if I pay for a plan and you don't send a plan I still don't receive a refund? This sounds like an open opportunity to collect money and never send a plan.
My biggest problem is coming up with new ideas for meals, I was doing great for a month in a half in terms of weight loss but I was eating the same the exact same thing everyday

How does this 6 meal a day thing compare to intermittent fasting or OMAD?
Can I season with a ton of seasoning though? Last time I try one of these meal prep plans it was very bland
