Instructions
- Gather all ingredients: Boston beans, granulated sugar, melted butter, vanilla extract, and salt. Optional: chop nuts.
- In a large bowl, mix melted butter, sugar, vanilla, and salt until smooth. Fold in Boston beans and nuts until coated.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the mixture on it. Bake for 15-20 minutes until set and golden brown.
- Let the candy cool completely, then cut into squares or bars.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to one week.
- Experiment with different flavored candy beans for a unique twist.
- To make it vegan, substitute butter with a vegan alternative.
