Ingredients
Scale
- 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tablespoons smoked paprika
- 1 tablespoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Fresh lemon juice (for marinade)
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine smoked paprika, cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, olive oil, and lemon juice to create a marinade.
- Add chicken pieces to the marinade, ensuring thorough coating. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat for optimal smoky flavor.
- Place the marinated chicken on the grill, cooking 5-7 minutes per side until charred and cooked through. Use a meat thermometer to ensure an internal temperature of 165Β°F (74Β°C).
- While grilling, prepare garlic sauce by blending minced garlic, Greek yogurt or mayonnaise, lemon juice, and chopped herbs.
- Serve the grilled chicken bites on a platter, drizzle with garlic sauce, and garnish with chopped parsley. Pair with your favorite sides for a complete meal.
Notes
- Marinate chicken for longer (up to 24 hours) for enhanced flavor.
- This recipe works well with chicken thighs for extra juiciness.
- Use indoor grill pans if outdoor grilling isnβt possible.
- Serve as an appetizer, main dish, or add to salads for added protein.
