Ingredients
Scale
- 1 large head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce (adjust to taste)
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted (optional, for extra richness)
- Optional: Ranch or blue cheese dressing, celery sticks for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Pour in the buffalo wing sauce and melted butter (if using) into the bowl and toss the cauliflower until completely covered in the sauce.
- Spread the buffalo-coated cauliflower in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until tender and slightly browned.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly. Serve immediately with ranch or blue cheese dressing and celery sticks.
Notes
- Ensure the cauliflower florets are evenly cut for even cooking.
- Spread the cauliflower in a single layer on the baking sheet for optimal crispiness.
- Adjust the spice level by varying the cayenne pepper amount.
- For extra crispiness, broil in the last few minutes of baking, keeping a close watch.
- Fresh cauliflower yields the best flavor and texture.
