Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups fresh blueberries
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk melted butter, eggs, and vanilla. Add to dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  4. In a small bowl, beat softened cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth.
  5. Pour half of the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Spread cream cheese mixture over the batter, then top with remaining batter. Gently swirl with a knife for marbling.
  6. Sprinkle blueberries on top and bake for 50-60 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Cool in pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack before slicing.
