- 1 teaspoon instant yeast
- ยพ cup warm water
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- Cooking spray or additional flour for dusting
Instructions
- Rinse the fresh blueberries under cool water to remove any pesticides or dirt.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, salt, and yeast. Stir well.
- Gradually add the warm water to the dry mixture, stirring until a dough forms. Knead in the blueberries for 5-7 minutes until smooth.
- Shape the dough into bagels and place them on a baking tray. Let them rise for about 30 minutes.
- Preheat your oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC). Once the bagels have risen, bake them for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
- Store leftover bagels in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- For longer storage, freeze wrapped in foil for up to 3 months.
