- 3/4 cup of warm water
- 1 cup of fresh blueberries (or frozen)
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- Poppy seeds for sprinkling (optional)
Instructions
- Mix together the flour, yeast, and sugar in a large bowl, then add warm water and stir until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Divide the dough into portions, roll into balls, and create a hole in the center to shape into bagels.
- Boil the bagels in water for 1 minute on each side, then set aside to cool slightly.
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and place boiled bagels on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and crispy on the outside.
Notes
