- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- Prepare a smooth black bean puree by blending rinsed black beans in a food processor.
- In a large bowl, mix black bean puree, coconut oil, cocoa powder, maple syrup, vanilla, baking powder, and salt, then fold in dark chocolate chips.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C), line an 8×8 inch baking dish, pour in the mixture, and bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Let cool, slice, and serve warm with ice cream or fresh fruit.

- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
- Can be frozen for later; thaw before serving.
