Instructions
- Wash the Big Boy tomatoes under cool running water.
- Chop the tomatoes, onion, and garlic into small pieces.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet, then add the onions and garlic until fragrant.
- Add the diced tomatoes, salt, pepper, basil, and oregano, and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
- Serve over cooked pasta and garnish with fresh basil leaves.
