This is the first video I have watched of yours. I like the recipe. Great job. But at the end it seemed you were a little upset about some comments about the dresses you wear. That seemed really strange to me, because I could not figure out what kind of bad things people might be saying about your dresses if they are like this one that you are wearing in this video. When I first saw you my first thought was… "Wow, that is an awesome dress.". By awesome I mean: Beautiful, colorful, cheerful, festive and just an all around great look and style. So don't ever listen to the haters. Thanks for sharing this video and cheers.

Chinese cuisine rarely uses black pepper; we use white. We use rice vinegar. Ketchup is used in China, but I wouldn't say a lot. We don't use sambal! Beijing isn't in Indonesia! Far too much starch!
