    I bake my sweet potatoes while roasting Brussel sprouts, cauliflower, and broccoli. Saturday is food prep and house cleaning. I am feeding three adults with different schedules, so it gets hectic around here.

    I have no clue how scissors are faster than a knife when all the chefs use them and I can cut chicken way faster with a knife than with scissors.
    Imagine the pain in the ass sharpening those would be, just keep your knife sharp, learn to sharpen it and use it.

    You need a food saver and a sous vide. WAY better than a crock pot! I always season my chicken at 1.5% salt, then cook it at 148°F for 4 hours, and finish it with a hard sear on cast iron. I end up with chicken that has incredible browning on the surface and the interior is more tender and juicy than anything you can do with a crock pot or grill.
