  • Yield: 10 sausage links 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional for heat)
  • ¼ cup ice water
  • Natural sausage casings (for stuffing)

  4. Serve with fresh herbs, mustard, and your favorite grilled vegetables.

  • Store leftover sausage links in airtight containers in the fridge for up to 5 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
  • Reheat before serving in a skillet or microwave.
  • Pair with mashed potatoes or in a bun for a tasty meal!
