Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Dip chicken breasts in flour, then eggs, then panko breadcrumbs.
- Place coated chicken on the baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and crispy.
- In a small bowl, mix hot honey, soy sauce, and chili flakes.
- Brush the glaze over the baked chicken before serving.
Notes
- For extra crunch, double coat the chicken in flour and breadcrumbs.
- Adjust spice level by varying chili flakes.
