- 1/4 cup of soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons of brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of onion powder
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper

Instructions

- Make the marinade by mixing soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and smoked paprika in a bowl.
- Marinate the bacon by placing it in a ziplock bag with the marinade and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Dehydrate the marinated bacon on a dehydrator tray at 160°F (70°C) for 4-6 hours until it is crispy and dry.
Notes

- This jerky can last up to 2 weeks at room temperature or 1 month in the refrigerator.
- You can use an oven by placing bacon strips on a baking sheet at the lowest setting with the door slightly ajar.
