Instructions

- Stir all ingredients together until well combined; the mixture should be slightly sticky but easy to handle.
- Using your hands, roll the mixture into small, bite-sized balls, aiming for about 1 inch in diameter.
- If desired, roll the balls in shredded coconut or any other topping of your choice. Place the finished energy balls on a tray lined with parchment paper.
