Instructions
- In a large bowl, cream together the peanut butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
- Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to the wet ingredients.
- Roll the dough into 1-inch balls and place them in the air fryer basket. Air fry at 320°F (160°C) for 6-8 minutes until golden brown.

- Use parchment paper liners to prevent sticking.
