- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup breadcrumbs (panko works great!)

Instructions
- Slice chicken breasts into even strips and set aside.
- Combine softened cream cheese, ranch seasoning, and shredded cheddar cheese in a mixing bowl; stir until smooth.
- Coat each chicken strip with the cream cheese mixture, then coat with breadcrumbs.
- Fry the coated chicken strips in hot vegetable oil until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
Notes
- Serve with a selection of dipping sauces like ranch dressing, honey mustard, or BBQ sauce.
- Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- Reheat in an oven or air fryer to maintain crispiness.
