Instructions
- Mix the cream cheese, crab meat, and soy sauce until well combined.
- Place a teaspoon of filling onto each wonton wrapper.
- Moisten the edges with water and fold into a triangle or wonton shape, sealing the edges.
- Heat oil in a deep pan to 350°F (175°C).
- Fry the wrapped rangoons in batches until golden and crispy, about 2-3 minutes each.
- Drain on paper towels and serve hot with dipping sauce.
