Instructions
- Form the ground beef into 8 small patties and season with salt and pepper.
- Cook the patties in a skillet over medium heat until browned and cooked through, about 4 minutes per side.
- Place a slice of cheese on each burger during the last minute of cooking to melt.
- Slice the slider buns in half and toast lightly if desired.
- Assemble the sliders by placing a beef patty on each bun bottom, topping with lettuce, tomato slices, ketchup, and mustard, then cover with the top bun.
